George Partou, Portfolio Executive
Following the attainment of formal qualifications in London, George’s extensive accountancy and financial expertise has been utilised over the years by the UK Government Inland Revenue Department, as well as in the commercial financial sector within his own companies. George’s financial expertise has also been utilised in partnership within a property management company (RCMS) and later with IPM Property Investments Limited and Blue Smile Limited, an international property sourcing and management company.
With his extensive managerial, commercial and financial background George provides the focus and driving force behind IPM and has invested heavily in his staff and employees in order to ensure that investors and clients receive a well informed, comprehensive service. George has provided IPM with exposure in order to offer clients the opportunity to purchase property, and has forged relationships with agents all over the UK and abroad.
Ken Wanstall, Operations Manager
IPM’s core is managed by Operations Manager Ken Wanstall. Ken has in excess of 30 years experience within both the Military and Commercial Business Sectors where he has acquired extensive management skills and been fully accountable for a number of prestigious projects with both the UK and US governments. With his technical credentials and proven management pedigree Ken provides IPM the operational, procedural and managerial expertise required in order to provide investors and clients the superior service expected.
Bob Page, Property Consultant
The link between first-time buyers /investors & IPM services is managed by Bob Page whose role determines the smooth running of the associated transactions providing client awareness to all of the IPM services. Bob’s 30 years of business expertise dealing at Director level in large national company’s has ensured that IPM can provide excellent customer relationships utilising his wealth of experience.
